Jaime Mayor Oreja and Ángel Acebes, prominent leaders of the Popular Party, photographed chatting during the National Convention for the Regional and Local Elections Program held in Valencia (Spain). Mayor Oreja was then responsible for the PP's electoral program for the 2003 municipal and regional elections, while Acebes served as Minister of the Interior.
