Original 35mm photographic negative documenting the extraordinary international boxing event held at the Valencia Bullring on May 6, 1988.
The event featured the Valencia debut of José Antonio Castro "Toyi," Spanish cruiserweight champion, and was announced with the participation of American Leroy Murphy, former IBF cruiserweight world champion. The program also included the Spanish Championship between "Zurdo" Fernández and Lorenzo Martínez, along with other fights.
The photograph shows the facade of the Valencia Bullring with the large banner installed to advertise the event, featuring Toyi as one of its main protagonists. An original image of significant historical and documentary value about boxing in Valencia in the late 1980s.
